Great service from Joel who replaced a dripping kitchen tap for me. He was super calm throughout while also being very professional and friendly. He also gave me some advice at my request regarding a problem with my bathroom. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Joel got me out of trouble today when I was without any water due a plastic tap stem had snapped in my kitchen. At a very reasonable cost he fitted a new tap and isolators to get my water supply back to normal. I’m sure he fitted the isolators so that if I ever had a problem with the kitchen tap in future I won’t need to turn off the stop cock and do without water entirely. I really appreciate his customer service in that respect. After he’d fitted the tap and the isolators he cleaned up after himself and he also wears overshoes when he arrives. I understand Joel also services gas boilers and I will be using him again in the future. He’s a top bloke.Very professional and extremely helpful. After nearly a month of waiting for my agent's plumber to sort my hot water, was sorted in 2 days with Joel. Even stayed to make sure fix had worked. Great care taken to not mess etc. Definitely recommend

New home owner here.
Joel has been a absolute gem.
Removed an unwanted toilet system at a very good price.
His work is clean and tidy, puts shoe protection on when walking over carpets and is a pleasure to speak with.
He was also happy to go above and beyond with a couple of extra jobs we needed doing on the day. (Leaky sink, boiler check).
He's made a lifetime customer for as long as he continues to work!
You take the worry out of finding a plumber, thank you.Owner response

Amazing service from Joel. Arrived the next day and sorted both jobs. Explained what he was doing throughout. Would definitely recommend him. Fair price for the service provided.

Had a plumbing emergency and contacted Joel-so glad i did.My botched attempt at diy had damaged the water supply pipe to the toilet cistern. He arrived within 2 hours and was amazing, necessitated removing part of the skirting board (which he did carefully) and repaired the pipework in a professional manner at a very reasonable cost.Really nice guy too,i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will go to him for any future work needed.I've relied on Joel's plumbing expertise for several years now, and he has consistently delivered exceptional results. Whether it's been a simple tap replacement, a full boiler service, or a more complex issue like a leaking radiator, his work is always of the highest standard and his professionalism is unwavering. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Joel and will always turn to him for my plumbing needs.

Joel (or rather his partner - the boss lol) promptly answered a post I put on the 'Next door' forum as a last resort. I needed a plumber to replace a faulty shower pump. I had previously had two plumbers look at it but they were not familiar with them so by this point I was desperate.
Joel came and gave me a quote for the job and arranged to fit it.
He even messaged me the night before to confirm that I still wanted the job doing. He arrived on time and did the job with no fuss or bother. He even dropped the price (unheard of I know) as he finished sooner than he thought.
I now have a good working shower, I'm so pleased. 😊
Joel has restored my faith in tradesmen.
I thoroughly recommend his services.
He's courteous, punctual and professional.
Thank you Jolly plumber.Owner response

Thank you so much for your review 😊
What a fantastic guy after having some ridiculous quotes of £120 and £89 Found the Jolly plumber, £55 I know it was not a big job fitting a flexy hose under the sink only here 20 minutes but now he gets to service the boiler every year, I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber or a boiler service.

Brilliant service Just want to say a massive thank you to Joel for putting my bathroom back to how it should be. I had a bathroom refit in October by another fitter. The fitter ruined my bathroom and left me with leaks. Contacted Joel who said he could sort everything out for me, and he did not disappoint. His quote was more than reasonable, he was also respectful, punctual and tidy. Once again thanks 😊
